Hello! I’m Brenda, Doctor of Physical Therapy, former personal trainer, and founder of a space created to help women move confidently, train intentionally, and better understand their bodies.
My journey into physical therapy began through fitness and coaching. Before becoming a physical therapist, I worked as a personal trainer and later continued online coaching throughout my Doctor of Physical Therapy program, primarily working with women. I’ve always had a deep passion for helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves, both physically and mentally.
During my first clinical rotation in physical therapy school, I was introduced to pelvic floor therapy, and it completely shifted the way I viewed the body and women’s health. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a passion as I began realizing how many women silently struggle with symptoms like leaking, pelvic pain, pressure, pain with intimacy, low back pain, and hip pain, often believing these issues are simply something they have to live with.
Since graduating from Loma Linda University, I’ve been working in orthopedic physical therapy, which I absolutely love. But over time, I realized that orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy are often treated as two completely separate worlds. The more I worked with women, the more I saw how deeply connected these areas truly are.
My mission is to bridge that gap.
By combining orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, movement assessment, functional training, and hands-on care, my goal is to help women return to the activities they love, build confidence in their bodies, move with intention, and become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
I truly believe women deserve care that not only helps them heal, but empowers them to move through life with strength, confidence, and understanding.
