Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, Proverbs Physical Therapy & Performance does not offer refunds for treatment sessions, classes, or workshops once they have been purchased or booked.

This includes:

●      In-person and virtual physical therapy sessions

●      Group classes or workshops

All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding of the time and resources reserved for each individual appointment and event.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best care for all of our clients and to respect the time of our clinicians, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.

●      Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

●      Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a late cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Proverbs Physical Therapy & Performance.
